With this option you can delete dbSession records. Why do you have unused dbSession records?

Sometimes if one customer leaves the store without closing the session with logoff or cancel order and he has products in the cart, some records remains in the database with no use. If your store has a considerable traffic, these records could get higher and higher and it's a good schema to delete them once in a while.
